I am a dog with disabilities, and today is my birthday. Dear God, I humbly ask you to grant me just one wish

Tanky, a small dog with soft fur and bright eyes, lay by the window of his home. Tanky was a special dog, born with a disability, but always full of love and courage. Today was a special day, Tanky’s birthday.

Tanky looked up at the clear blue sky and thought, “Today is my birthday. I have just one wish. I hope God will hear me.”

In the afternoon, Tanky’s owner organized a small party with a cake and candles. Tanky happily received pats and birthday wishes from the family. When the candles were lit, Tanky closed his eyes and made a wish:

“Dear God, I have just one wish. I wish I could run and play like other dogs, even if it’s just for a little while.”

As soon as Tanky opened his eyes, a warm feeling spread through his body. Suddenly, Tanky felt a new strength in his legs. Tentatively, he stood up and took a step. Then another. Before he knew it, he was running around the room, his tail wagging furiously.

The family watched in amazement as Tanky bounded around with joy. For the first time, Tanky experienced the thrill of running and playing like any other dog. His heart swelled with happiness and gratitude.

Though the magical moment didn’t last forever, it left a lasting impression on Tanky’s heart. He returned to his usual state, but the memory of that day, his special birthday wish granted, stayed with him forever. Tanky knew that he was loved, not just by his family, but by something greater, and that love gave him the strength to face any challenge.
